MARÍA ACEVES
María Aceves, a founding member of LA PANDA and Blue Hats Creative and a native of Bilbao (Spain), is an accomplished Producer and Filmmaker. Showing versatility and skill, María brings a finance background to the Creative Producing process and has helmed hundreds of Multi-Platform Campaigns and Brand Development projects for Fortune 500 companies and renowned professionals in film, television and technology.
With a great interest and focus on true event storytelling, and following the success of the documentary feature “L7: Pretend we’re Dead”, she is currently in development with a series of unscripted TV shows aimed for both the US and Latin markets.
María’s strong interest in education has led her to help young filmmakers of tomorrow through a select group of charity organizations. She serves as the Vice Chair Emeritus of Breaking into Hollywood, a 501(c)(3) non-profit that helps aspiring artists in turning their passions into careers in the entertainment industry.
María is also a speaker as a Production expert, having been invited to participate in conferences at UCLA Extension, University of Georgia and, most recently Hakaya Misk in Riyadh.
